Hudson Valley Wine Village’s centerpiece will be a destination wedding facility, which will consist of two wedding chapels with a catering and meeting facility in each. The main building, which can be used as a convention center or catering center, can also be used as a viewing stand for Hudson River water-related events.

Connected to the main building will be a 103- to 120-room suite hotel, complete with a spa, summer and winter activities and an 8,200-square-foot restaurant in a Tuscan village theme.

All of the buildings will have a pristine view and the Hudson River bluff will have a public trail system, all within walking distance to the world-renowned Walkway Over the Hudson, which attracts more than 500,000 people every year.

In addition to the hotel centerpiece, Hudson Valley Wine Village will also include 450,000 square feet of state-of-the-art light industrial space for 21st Century manufacturing.

The site will also contain 155,000 square feet of office and retail space, some of which will be an adaptive reuse of many of the former winery structures.
